U.S. Congress omitted from the Product Liability Fairness Act 1995 Defective Prescription drugs and Defective Medical Devises. Preemption of the Law and discriminates against all other product being manufacturers Imports and Exports. This is discrimination against the Commercial Act and/or the contract law along with Equal Protection for the Consumer.I filed a suit reference to Federal Court, Southern District of Florida 09-14225 against 22 US Senators for neglect and intentional.
